Since all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we ensure careful processing for every order. We partner with India's leading POD supplier to deliver premium quality to your doorstep.
Production Time
Every piece is printed exclusively for you after the order is placed. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, shipping usually takes:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days
You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
At Khodal, every garment is custom-printed precisely to your specifications upon order. Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand manufacturing, we have a strict policy to ensure quality and sustainability.
No Size Exchanges or Buyer's Remorse
Because your item is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or process exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or color preference changes. We strongly encourage reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, print error, or transit damage, we will gladly provide a free replacement. You must submit a request with clear photos of the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to claim a replacement:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID and clear pictures showing the defect.
- Once approved, a replacement will be printed and shipped at no additional cost.
